BLACK TIE COMPANY specializes in mobile bartending and beverage service, our bartenders have mixologist skills. But, for those times when you want to enjoy a refreshing treat alone, we are sharing some of our trade secrets with you. Follow these easy recipes and experience a Black Tie affair any time you feel the need for your favorite drink. Lemon Drop Martini 1 ½ oz Vodka, 1 lemon wedge, ½ tsp fine sugar, ½ oz Triple Sec, ¾ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice. Mix vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, and sugar in a shaker half filled with ice; shake well. Rim martini glass with fine sugar. Strain into glass and garnish with lemon wedge. Black Prince Martini 2 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Black raspberry liqueur, 1 oz. Raspberry liqueur, 1 oz. pineapple juice, 7-Up, Black Berries, Raspberries. Pour 1 oz. of 7Up into Martini glass and add 2 black berries and 2 Raspberries. Fill shaker with ice. Mix other ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain into Martini glass with the 7-Up & berries. Doug's Margarita 2 oz Tequila, 1 oz Triple Sec, 1 ½ oz Margarita Mix, ¾ oz orange juice, limes, and Margarita salt. Mix tequila, margarita mix, orange juice, and triple sec in a shaker half filled with ice; shake well. Rim the glass with salt. Pour mix in glass and garnish with lime wedge. Mojito Mint leaves 1 oz lemon juice 1 oz lime juice 1 oz Rose's Mojito Mix 1 ½ oz Light Rum Soda water Put mint leaves, lemon juice, and lime juice in a high-ball glass and crush them; add Rose's Mojito Mix. Add plenty of ice, then Rum and stir again. Top with soda water. Garnish with mint leaves. Tequila Sunrise 2 oz. Tequila, 1 oz Grenadine, 1 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz orange juice. Fill glass with ice. Pour all ingredients into glass except grenadine. Spoon grenadine into glass. Garnish with slice orange. Berry Haze 1 oz. Black Raspberry liqueur, 2 oz. Rum, Pineapple Juice, 7-Up, Black berries. Fill glass with ice. Pour all ingredients, except 7-Up and berries into shaker. Shake and pour into glass. Top with 7-Up.Garnish with Black berries.
