BEVERAGE RECIPES


Black Tie Raspberry Martini
1 oz Vodka
½ oz Black Raspberry Liqueur
½ oz Peach Schnapps
Dash of pineapple juice
Dash of CranRaspberry juice

Mix all ingredients in a shaker half filled with ice; shake well. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with three raspberries.
 
Juicy Fruit
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Melon Liqueur
½ oz pineapple juice

Fill shaker with ice. Mix all ingredients together and shake. Pour into glass and garnish with fruit.
   

 
Doug's Margarita
2 oz Tequila
1 oz Triple Sec
1 ½ oz Margarita Mix
¾ oz orange juice
Limes
Margarita salt

Mix tequila, margarita mix, orange juice, and triple sec in a shaker half filled with ice; shake well. Rim the glass with salt. Pour mix in glass and garnish with lime wedge.
   

Kiel Punch
1oz Rum
1oz Malibu Rum
½ oz grenadine
7-up
Splash of grapefruit juice

Shake all ingredients together,except 7-up,with ice in shaker. Pour into glass. Top with 7-up. Garnish with pineapple and cherry.

Lemon Drop Martini
1 ½ oz Vodka
1 lemon wedge
½ tsp fine sugar
½ oz Triple Sec

Mix vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, and sugar in a shaker half filled with ice; shake well. Rim martini glass with fine sugar. Strain into glass and garnish with lemon wedge.

Blue Hawaiian
2 oz pineapple juice
1 ½ oz Light Rum
1 oz Blue Curaçao
1 oz coconut cream

Mix ingredients in a shaker half filled with ice; shake well. Pour into glass and garnish with a pineapple slice.

Mojito
Mint leaves
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz lime juice
1 oz Rose's Mojito Mix
1 ½ oz Light Rum
Soda water		 Black Tie Company - Mojito Recipe
Put mint leaves, lemon juice, and lime juice in a high-ball glass and crush them; add Rose's Mojito Mix. Add plenty of ice, then Rum and stir again. Top with soda water. Garnish with mint leaves.
