Black Tie Company Service Agreement (SAMPLE)
This service agreement is provided for general informational use only. It does not constitute a legal contract, obligation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind. All items are subject to change without notice. Please refer to your printed service agreement (available upon request from Black Tie Company) for all matters relating to your specific event.
Black Tie Company will provide services for a fee of _____ per hour. A 4-hour minimum is required. (Pricing available upon request.)
The Client must pay a deposit equal to the 4-hour minimum required to reserve the event date. If the Client cancels prior to thirty days of the event, 100% of the deposit will be returned.
The Client shall have the right to terminate and cancel this Agreement at any time, upon thirty days written notice. If the services are cancelled in less than thirty days of the event, Client forfeits the deposit.
Black Tie Company shall have the right to terminate and cancel this Agreement at any time, upon sixty days written notice. If services are cancelled, the Client will receive back 100% of the deposit.
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Black Tie Company and its employees form any and all claims arising from the services performed under this Agreement or related to this Agreement.
